For best results, clean the lint filter before each load.
When drying only 1 0r 2 items, toss in a few items of varying size to promote good tumbling action and improve drying results. Dryers with an auto-dry cycle will not dry properly with a very small load in the tumbler.
If drying is taking longer than it should, clean the vent hose and the lint filter screen to allow airflow.
If possible, vacuum the inside of the dryer to prevent fire dangers.
Clean the sensor strips with fine sandpaper from time to time to prevent incorrect dryness readings.
If you're in a rush for a load of laundry to dry, toss a clean, thick, cotton towel in the dryer with the wet clothes. The towel absorbs some of the moisture so the clothes dry faster.
If clothes are left in the dryer too long and are wrinkled, toss in a damp towel and turn on the dryer for 15 minute intervals until wrinkles smooth out.
